Terms Of Service
These terms govern access to Mack Crown Mastering, including mastering tools, previews, exports, Prompt Vault content, Artist DNA features, and account services.
Effective July 15, 2026Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload or create. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it and grant Mack Crown the limited permission required to analyze, process, store, and deliver requested results.
Creative and mastering results
Mastering, prompt, and Artist DNA outputs are creative and technical tools. Results vary with source material, settings, models, and playback systems. Commercial performance, platform acceptance, or any particular artistic outcome is not guaranteed.
Plans, billing, and access
Paid features require the applicable plan or purchase. Current pricing, included usage, renewal terms, and checkout conditions shown at purchase form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Mack Crown's software, visual design, Music Genome, Prompt Vault organization, descriptors, branding, and platform materials remain protected intellectual property. Access does not grant permission to copy, scrape, resell, or reconstruct the system.
Availability and responsibility
The service may change, pause, or require maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, Mack Crown is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
